Does Sheppard’s Xtreme Services provide a TRUCK or SUPPLIES?

No, we are a labor only service. You can visit uhaul, budget, or penske to order a truck, and/or any moving supplies you may need. 

What if the Movers don’t SHOW UP?

It’s best to be proactive, call us the day before and confirm scheduling. If you have tried calling, leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Being that we offer same day service there's no need to worry because we will get you squared away. 

What if the Movers DAMAGES my property?

Paypal Buyer Protection ensures you’re in control. Communicate with us and we'll find the best resolution to any problems that arise. Sheppard's Xtreme Services is motivated to satisfy the customer since we don’t get paid until you sign off via paypal.

How many HOURS do I need?

A standard moves take anywhere from 2-8 hours. Every move is unique. You can access our Estimator Tool to help determine the number of hours needed based on the size of your home. Just remember some variables may increase your time needed, such as: stairs, heavy or bulky items, disassembling, and special placement of items.

Why a MINIMUM of 2 Hours?

Our Movers need to have a minimum of 2 hours to make it economically feasible to perform a quality service.

What if I UNDERESTIMATED the time I need?

No problem, just give us a call and add hours, services, or even additional laborers to your existing order. We add it to your account and everything else stays the same! 

What if I OVERESTIMATED the time needed?

Your Moving Helpers are there to help you, ask if they can help with something else you would rather not do yourself, such as: clean up, unpacking, and organizing. Take advantage of the time you have your Mover because they are paid for the time requested regardless of actual hours worked.

Can I TIP my Movers?

Yes, we encourage tipping, but the BEST way to reward your Movers is to post a 5 STAR REVIEW.

Can I get Movers to assist me with my U-BOX container?

Absolutely, Moving Helpers are ready to help with delivery, loading, unloading, and even the return of your U-Box container if needed. Simply inform us, during your confirmation call, that you're an Existing U-Box customer.

How do I place an online REVIEW of my Movers?

Easy, we send you a link once your Movers are paid via email. If you can’t locate the email just access our site or visit us viia faccebook or twitter and leave your REVIEW.

How do I CANCEL my order?

Just contact as soon as you know. Preferably 24hrs before your move, but if you can't be sure to call an 2 hours before your move time to avoid cancellation fees. Your funds should be available within 5 business days of cancellation. We process all refunds immediately upon cancellation. Please contact your banking institution if the funds are not available within a week.

Are Movers Bonded or Insured?

Yes, we are bonded and insured.
